On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-12 days for domestic and 10-20 days for international).

5. Why was my order unable to deliver? Who is cover extra shipping fee?

– In case the provide shipping is CORRECT, the order has not reached local office, we are responsible to resend this package to you at free charge.
– In case the provided shipping is CORRECT, the order has reached local office but can not deliver to you, we would advise you to contact to local office to pick this item.

As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment or Refund can be arranged.
